While culturing the cells, we record morphological photos of the cells using a camera mounted on a microscope.

1. Preparation

2. Method
(1) Plate the cells to culture vessels for recording and let them proliferate to reach subconfluency.
(2) After observing the cells under the microscope, record the image of the cells using the microscope camera.
3. Evaluation
Compare the morphological photos of each cell line with the ones recorded previously and check if there is no abnormality.
