Products from other manufacturers may be used, provided that they have an equivalent composition.
We strongly suggest all users to culture the cells under the culture condition recommended by our cell bank until you make enough stocks. After that, culture the cells with the other protocols of your interest for your research purposes.

L-glutamine is an essential component of various basal media. However, due to its instability in aqueous solution,
some commercially available media do not contain L-glutamine. In such cases, please supplement the medium with L-glutamine.
L-glutamine remains stable when frozen, either completely or partially. However, prolonged storage in a fully thawed state may compromise its stability, particularly at temperatures above 2–8 °C. For long-term storage, L-glutamine should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C.
In our cell bank, serum is not heat-inactivated unless spesifically requested by the depositor.”
