Congratulations, Dr. Shimon Sakaguchi, on being awarded the Nobel Prize
in Physiology or Medicine.
We are honored that cell lines provided by our bank also contributed to
his research.
Specifically, 293T cells (RCB2202) and B16F10 cells
(RCB2630) were used for "Neoself-antigens are the primary target for
autoreactive T cells in human lupus"[Cell. 2024 Oct 17;187(21):
6071-6087.e20.]and LLC cells (RCB0558) was utilized for "A genetic
method specifically delineates Th1-type Treg cells and their roles in
tumor immunity"[Cell Rep. 2023 Jul 25;42(7):112813.].
