Results using MC3T3-E1 (RCB1126), which was provided by our cell bank,
have been published.
MC3T3-E1 (RCB1126) is a pre-osteoblast cell line derived from C57BL/6
mice and is widely used in bone formation and bone metabolism research.
This cell line is characterized by its high osteoblast differentiation
potential, as well as its suitability for evaluating alkaline
phosphatase activity and mineralization capacity. Additionally, under
differentiation induction conditions, the cells demonstrate expression
of bone matrix proteins and mineral deposition. This makes the cells
useful for analyzing the growth and regeneration mechanisms of bone
tissue. Recently, research results using MC3T3-E1 were published in a
paper ( https://www.nature.com/articles/s42003-025-08197-3 ). MC3T3-E1
cells are utilized as an important model for analyzing bone metabolism
and inflammatory mechanisms.
