  •   Category I MTA
    For not-for-profit academic researches by not-for-profit institutions.
  •  Category II MTA
    Applicable for the following use:
  1. By for-profit institutions.
  2. For collaborative researches by not-for-profit institutions with for-profit institutions.
  3. For contract researches by not-for-profit institutions financed by for-profit institutions.
  4. For researches by not-for-profit institutions for financial gain, including researches that directly aim to obtain patent.

b)  In addition to Category I or II MTA, certain resources require prior written permission of the depositors.

 
Regarding outsourcing
When you outsource a part of works using our cell lines such as analysis of genes, analysis of differentiation potential, or generation of modified cell lines, an additional document is necessary in addition to the concluded MTA.
For such cases, please contact us prior to outsourcing a work.
