Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Object : Cells<\/p>\n<p>Recording equipment : Microscope, Microscope cameras<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>2. Method<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>(1) Plate the cells to culture vessels for recording and let them proliferate to reach subconfluency.<\/p>\n<p>(2) After observing the cells under the microscope, record the image of the cells using the microscope camera.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>3.
