We hope that \r\nthe resumption of the services, although only partial, will contribute \r\nto your research and development activities. Please take advantage of \r\nthis resumption of our services.\r\n\r\nWe wish to fulfill all your requests as soon as possible by the full \r\nresumption. However, our services are still being limited because the \r\nrestrictions on numbers of workers and their working hours remain in \r\neffect in BRC. In addition, we cannot promise you on time delivery and \r\ndeposition of bioresources because the unreliable situation of domestic \r\nand international transportation and also a slowed approval process for \r\nexamination of the biosafety of bioresources. We would like to ask you \r\nfor understanding the situation and your patience.\r\n\r\nPlease be aware that the resumption may differ among bioresources.
