The results of research using human iPS cell lines (HPS0381:1231A3,
HPS1006:1383D6) deposited in our bank have been published.

Uncovering lineage-specific differences in iPS cell-derived MSCs
https://doi.org/10.1016/j.isci.2025.114482

1231A3 cell line (HPS0381) was derived from an African/American, female,
29 y, peripheral blood, while 1383D6 cell line (HPS1006) was derived
from an Asian, male, 36 y, peripheral blood. These cell lines were
established using episomal vectors and are widely used as representative
iPS cell lines that can be cultured under feeder-free conditions.

・ Editor's note
===================================
As the subtle fragrance of plum blossoms begins to drift through the
air, I am reminded that the season is slowly turning toward spring.
No sooner had the bustle of the year-end settled down than I found
myself in the midst of the busy close of the fiscal year. Some of you
may be preparing for a new chapter beginning in April, while others may
be continuing your daily routines with care and intention. There are
many ways to welcome spring, each meaningful in its own way.
I sincerely hope that each of you will greet the coming season with a
 calm and peaceful heart.
We look forward to your continued understanding and support for the
activities of the RIKEN Cell Bank in the new fiscal year.
 K.N.
